We have a bulletin board at the front of the store with employee recognition on it as well as photographs. She wanted something new and I died laughing at what my brain saw. When i told her later she couldn’t stop laughing. We decided corporate wouldn’t have appreciated a burning store though and left it at that.

I honestly could not ask for a better manager. While my store manager is kind of an ass and totally lazy, this girl (a customer experience manager) is such a badass. She doesn’t take herself too seriously, works hard, is fair, and we constantly crack each other up. She seriously deserves to be store manager and she’d be a great one.
